How we work
Our services are delivered in structured packages designed to provide the best outcomes for your business and create a strong foundation for your business’s future direction and helping you focus on your key objectives. Following the initial planning phase, we can provide ongoing support as needed to ensure successful execution of your strategic plan, creating accountability to keep you focused and carrying out reforecasting to keep a realistic handle on your current position.
The delivery of our services typically involves a mixture of in-person* meetings, emails, phone and online calls.
*Online meetings can be utilised if better suited to your needs particularly if you are based outside of the Taranaki Region
Financial and Time Commitments
Our Strategic Planning packages require a minimum commitment of two planning workshops and one accountability/re-forecasting meeting over a 12-month period. These workshops may consist of a mixture of Strategic Planning, Annual Business Planning, Budget and Reforecasting meetings. These packages start from $7,000 + GST.
