Free Business Owner Support 

As the Regional Business Partner for the Taranaki region, Venture Taranaki  is working with the Government to access funding to ensure businesses are receiving practical advice and are supported as they experience impacts of COVID-19 (via the Regional Business Partner Network). We have two COVID-19 services registered under this voucher scheme.

We can support you through:

• Business decision making for decisions that need to be made now 

• Helping you to prepare a simple Business Continuity Plan that takes into account what the "new normal" might look like for your business

• ​Regular meetings to evaluate progress against your plan 

• Helping you to prepare a simple 3-month profit forecast 

• Helping you to prepare an Annual Cashflow Plan 

• Helping you to prepare a 12-month (or two year) monthly or annual profit and loss forecast 

• Apply scenario planning to the cash/profit and loss forecast to enable you to identify the key areas in which you need to make business decisions
