Our Plan Polisher: Test and Enhance service is designed for business owners who want to pressure-test their thinking and sharpen their direction. Over two structured meetings, we’ll step through your current business or strategic plan, test the assumptions it has been built on, and highlight areas where you can tighten focus or lift ambition.
We’re not here to tear it apart — we’re here to help you build it better. You’ll leave with more confidence in your direction and a one-page summary to bring your team along for the ride.

- Own a small to medium business ($1M–$3M turnover)
- Have an existing plan (even if it’s rough)
- Want clarity, challenge, and momentum
- Want to free up time to work on the business or execute growth plans
How We Work
Our service is designed to adapt to suit your business needs, but will include:
- An initial information request
- Meeting One: take us through your plan, share your thinking, discuss any particular challenges or nuances of your business, and understand your personal objectives
- A review by our team of your plan and current financial position, including how it holds up against the reality of the current economic environment
- A “Where Does the Cash Go” analysis to help you understand your cashflow movements and cash commitments
- Meeting Two: to cover clear actionable feedback, key questions, expert insight, and any other avenues that you may benefit from considering
- We will prepare a simplified one-page plan to align your team and include them in the execution of your plan
* This service can be delivered in person or online for businesses outside of Taranaki
Budget Add-On
A test and challenge of your Budget can be added to this programme, for an additional cost, to ensure it aligns with your plan.
Financial and Time Commitments
Our Plan Polisher: Test and Enhance package starts from $2,000 + GST (pricing depends on the complexity of your business and where you’re at in your planning journey) and requires a minimum commitment of attending two planning and test meetings over a 2-month period.
